Yes! Just enter your promo code at checkout. Make sure it’s valid and meets any promo terms.

 How do I track my order?

We’ll send you a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99,00.

 When will my order arrive?
  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional/remote: 3–6 business days, orders are dispatched the same day if you placed before 1pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! Click & Collect is available. Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a message to confirm the day and time for collection.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Can I return a product if I’ve already opened it?

We may accept opened products, but each return will be assessed individually to understand the reason for return. If approved, we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or exchange based on the situation.

How do I request a return?

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
