Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! You can pick up your order from 83 Bent St, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 during our pickup hours:

 Monday – Saturday: 8 AM – 6 PM

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days if the product is unopened and in its original condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Do you offer refunds or store credit?

Yes! If your return is approved, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or a store credit for future purchases.
