Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $99 AUD.
- Orders under $99 will be charged at checkout based on selected shipping method.
- Remote and regional areas may not be eligible for free shipping. We will contact you if additional shipping fees apply to your location.
Express Shipping
- Express delivery is available at a flat rate of $18 AUD.
- Available only within Australia.
Same-Day Dispatch
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
- This excludes orders containing pre-order items.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days for metro areas.
- Remote/Rural Areas: Delivery times may be longer than indicated and subject to courier availability.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Pre-Orders
- Orders containing pre-order items will not be dispatched the same day.
- Your order will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order item is in stock.
